Are JATON video cards a good?

I'm looking into buying a JATON video card for my first computer build, therefore I don't know any of the "good" manufacturers and I was wondering if these cards are generally reliable, good for their price and what your overall experience with them is.

Consider a Radeon HD 6870 or 5870. And you'll need a good high quality Power Supply Unit (about 600-700 watts), to run a good card. But avoid Jaton.|||There considered the low end...of the low end cards! I have used them to replace "on board" graphics in the lower AGP slot mother boards but you wont find one higher than the HD 4000 series in a PCIe x16 slot. they work..in a pinch..but that's about all.
